DLP Les Paul Prototype - 12 - Smooth Edge

 I continued filling and sanding the edge of the Les Paul prototype this morning and used a fine coat of grain filler instead of wood filler as it has a much finer texture.

After letting the grain filler dry for a few hours I sanded everything smooth and applied another coat of primer and let this dry.

There are still a few patches of unevenness which I marked with a dry board marker and then added more grain filler to those areas.

I will let this dry and smooth everything down again and apply another layer of primer and continue until it's perfect.
